When the closed system reaches a certain vacuum degree, it starts to convey the material until finished, and then discharges the material into the hopper. After a certain preparation time when the material is discharged, the next cycle process is carried out. The main body and the hopper of the split vacuum hopper loade are designed separately, which is safe and simple, and the independent filter device is easy to remove the dust. The independent vacuum hopper loade is small and light, which can be placed on the dryer or other raw material containers to complete automatic conveying. During the use of the vacuum hopper loade, the front conveying nozzle (conveying gun) of the conveying port should be inserted into the material box 20-50cm. When the material in the box is used up and the vacuum hopper loade sends out a no-material alarm, the conveying operation should be stopped until the material box is filled up. If the vacuum hopper loade gives an alarm when the material box is full, it should be immediately stopped and turn off the power supply, and check whether the motor is overloaded. It can be restarted after troubleshooting. The vacuum hopper loade should be cleaned regularly. The operation should be stopped before disassembling the filler cover. Then, remove the filter and shake it gently to remove dust and dirt. And then wipe it with clean cotton yarn before assembly.
During the use of the vacuum hopper loade, it is necessary to check whether the conveying tube is inserted into the raw material and whether the material is jammed, and whether the system is relatively closed. Also, it is important to check whether the sealing ring of the hopper and the filter screen needs to be replaced, and whether the filter screen is blocked and if it needs to be cleaned or replaced.
