How to Control the Water Volume of the Three-in-one Dehumidification Dryer?


With the continuous development of society, in the plastics industry, the three-in-one dehumidification dryer fully dehumidifies and heats the air in a closed circulation system, and the dry air quickly separates the moisture in the plastic pellets to achieve the effect of dehumidification and drying. You may not know about the three-in-one dehumidification dryer, so how to control the water volume of the three-in-one dehumidification dryer?


1. Reasons for using three-in-one dehumidifying dryer


In the plastic processing industry, the products appear shrinkage, silver streaks, bubbles, cracks, flow marks, poor transparency, etc. The main reason for these poor quality is that the plastic is not fully dried before it is formed. Engineering plastics such as: Materials with strong hygroscopicity, such as PA, PET, PU, TPU, PC, PBT, CA, etc., cannot be completely dried by hot air dryer industrial due to the infiltration of water into the plastic particles. It has been proved by practice that reducing the dew point temperature of the drying air to below -40 ℃ and controlling the heat to blow it over the surface of the moist plastic particles can reduce the moisture content to below 0.02% before molding, and as for the three-in-one dehumidification dryer, the air is fully dehumidified and heated in the closed circulation system, and the dry air quickly separates the moisture in the plastic pellets to achieve the effect of dehumidification of plastic drying machines.


2. Water volume control skills of three-in-one dehumidification dryer


After the dehumidifying dryer has been running for a long time, the stored water in the dehumidifying dryer will be too full. If the operator does not pay attention, there will be water overflow. For this reason, the operator must solve the problem of excessive storage of water in the dehumidifying dryer during the use of the dehumidifying dryer.


The water storage capacity in the wet dryer is too full. To avoid overflowing and polluting the wet floor, when the machine must be transported during operation, please unplug the power cord first, and then pour out the water in the water storage bucket. After the dehumidifier is moved, it is best to put it quietly for four to six hours before starting it for use. Because the compressor pipeline in the dehumidifier contains cold coal, after moving, the cold coal must return to its original position after four to six hours. Clean the air filter regularly (about once every two weeks) to maintain the dehumidification and dust removal efficiency and life of the machine. To clean the air filter, wash it with water below 40 ℃; it is better to clean it with detergent. After washing off the dust, rinse it with water, dry it in the shade and put it back into the body. When cleaning the body, gently wipe it with a damp cloth; avoid direct splashing water to clean it, so as not to damage the electrical insulation.


There are sticky objects on the surface of the body, which can be washed with soapy water. Avoid spraying with gasoline, petroleum spirit, solvent or spray insecticide to avoid peeling paint or discoloration. Do not use thin rods or iron wires to dig the inside of the machine to avoid malfunction or danger. Please unplug the power cord to maintain the life of the three-in-one dehumidifier and dryer when the power is cut off or not used for a long time or when traveling.
