What is Central Conveying System?


The central conveying system adopts the centralized automatic control of the microcomputer to achieve the 24-hour continuous conveying operation of the granular materials. There are several small microcomputers that control the coloring process of each molding machine with accurate measurement and uniform mixing. Besides, the color can be changed flexibly to meet the requirements of multi-color and multi-variety products. The conveying quantity can be flexibly changed according to the production capacity of different molding machines.


1. What is central conveying system?


The central conveying system is designed for the production of plastic products in the plastic Auto Loader workshop, which achieves uninterrupted and unmanned continuous molding operations. The variety of raw materials and the combination of multi-color materials can be changed according to needs to achieve the automation of the coloring process. The system can automatically regenerate and use the injection cold materials, control all conveying equipment, prevent blockage in the storage bin, and achieve full automation by setting up a central monitoring platform.


The central conveying system adopts "one machine and one pipe", and the sealed circuit design ensures the stable operation of the whole system, and there is no plastic moisture return and material blockage. It can be used with the central dryer (dehumidifier) system to let the dried air to re-dry the raw materials to prevent the dried plastic from moisture again. At the same time, it can clean the conveying pipe after each conveying cycle to ensure that there is no residual material. It can avoid the moisture resurgence of the raw materials and ensure the consistency of the raw materials added to the injection molding machine. The original dust in the raw materials is filtered out by the filter (dust collector) system under the action of vacuum negative pressure, which is beneficial to improve product quality.


2. Working principles of the central conveying system


The central conveying system adopts the vacuum conveying method. It transports the plastic raw materials from the storage tank to the central dehumidification and drying system through the centralized pipeline system and then transports the dried raw materials to each injection molding machine. The central conveying system adopts the "one machine and one pipe" design to ensure that the air of the whole system can transport the raw materials and prevent moisture return of the raw materials after dehumidification and drying.


At the same time, it has stable operation without material blockage. It can be used with the central dehumidification and drying system. After the dehumidification and drying cycle, the conveying pipeline will be cleaned to ensure that there is no residual material in the pipe. It can avoid the moisture return of the raw materials and ensure the consistency of the raw materials added to the injection molding machine. The original dust in the raw materials is filtered out by the filter system under the action of vacuum negative pressure, plastic auxiliary machinery is beneficial to improve product quality.
