What Problems Can the Central Conveying System Solve?

The working principle of the central conveying system lies in the use of vacuum conveying method, and through the centralized pipeline system, the plastic raw materials are conveyed from the storage tank to the central dehumidifying and drying system, and then to each injection molding machine after drying. Its use can prevent the hygroscopicity of the dried raw materials and ensure that the air in the entire system transports the raw materials, thus making it a feeding equipment designed for the production of plastic products in the injection molding workshop. Characteristics of the design of the central conveying system

  • The characteristic of the quantitative feeding and loss weight metering feeder determines that the stirring hopper of the central conveying system supplies materials in a batch form. Therefore, every batch feeding of the stirring hopper causes a large fluctuation in the material level. In order to ensure continuous and stable feeding of the system, the material level of the stirring hopper of the central conveying system must be controlled reliably and automatically.

  • The installation height of the central conveying system equipment is reduced, which is easy to maintain. The foreign plan installs most of the equipment such as loss weight metering feeder and stirring hopper at a higher place. The self-designed plan only rises 2-3m off the ground for the loss weight metering feeder, and only 5m for the stirring hopper. The normal state and abnormal state are converted according to the signal of the production line breakage. The stirring hopper sets the high and low level of the material. When the material reaches the high level, the total amount of feed supplied to the stirring hopper will decrease by 5%. Similarly, when the material reaches the low level, the total amount of feed supplied to the stirring hopper increases by 5%. Keep the material level of the stirring hopper fluctuating in this range.
