Design Process and Characteristics of Central Conveying System

Principle of Central Conveying System

The central conveying system uses the vortex air pump vacuum conveying method to transport plastic raw materials from the storage tank to the central drying system through a centralized pipeline system, and then deliver the dried raw materials to each injection molding machine. The design of "one machine, one pipe" ensures the stable operation of the entire system and there is no phenomenon of material blockage. It can be used in conjunction with the central drying system to achieve the automation of the coloring process by using dried air and the combination of multi-colored materials.

The central conveying system can automatically recycle and use cold materials from injection nozzles, control all feeding equipment, and prevent the occurrence of material blocking in the storage tank. It can be fully automated by setting up a central control station. The central conveying system adopts microcomputer centralized automatic control to realize 24-hour continuous feeding of granules. Several small-scale microcomputers control the coloring process of each molding machine, accurately measure and mix materials, and can flexibly change colors to meet the requirements of multi-color and multi-variety products. The feeding amount can be flexibly changed according to the production capacity of different molding machines. The design of multiple feeding pipelines can ensure the requirements of diversified main materials. The system has multiple monitoring and protection functions and is safe and reliable in operation.

Design Process of Central Conveying System

Raw materials -> storage -> metering -> drying -> transportation -> use Central control panel features:

  • It adopts a large-sized color human-machine interface touch screen, which is easy to understand and operate;

  • It displays various settings, operation and operation status in color;

  • It has the functions of air pipe emptying and cleaning, automatic dust collection and dust removal, alternating automatic switching between central feeding mainframe A and B, and manual material selection and error prevention;

  • The original material control screen is added to monitor the materials, suction, shortage, and various abnormal phenomena used by each molding machine and the central host.
