How to Choose a High-Quality Central Conveying System?


Central conveying system is not unfamiliar for most injection molding enterprises. With the rapid development of injection molding industry, enterprises will choose automated production equipment to improve production capacity. The central conveying system is designed specifically for the injection molding industry, featuring efficiency, energy saving, economy, and is an indispensable production equipment for injection molding industry. Choosing a high-quality central conveying system can not only bring high efficiency to enterprises, but also save equipment costs.


Principle of central conveying system


The central conveying system is mainly composed of vacuum pump, central filter, raw material storage equipment, drying equipment and dust recycling device. It can quickly and effectively convey raw materials to improve production efficiency. So how does the central conveying system deliver raw materials?


The central conveying system transports materials by vacuum, and the system is designed with centralized pipelines. The raw materials can be quickly transported from the storage tank to the dehumidifying drying machine through the centralized pipeline. In order to ensure stable operation of the system, the design is usually "one machine and one pipe" to keep the whole system air transporting materials, prevent material blockage and material moisture regain phenomenon.


The central conveying system delivers raw materials in conjunction with the dehumidifying dryer. After the dehumidifying and drying is completed, the delivery pipeline will be cleaned to ensure that there is no residual granular material in the pipeline, which not only prevents the material from moisture regain, but also ensures the consistency of the performance of the raw material added to the injection machine. Under the vacuum negative pressure, the original dust in the raw material will be filtered out through the dust filtration system, which is helpful to improve the quality of the formed product.


The central conveying system, which is fed by compressed air and transported by duct, has the characteristics of small footprint, simple operation, reduced labor, and clean workshop. Selection method of central conveying system


  • First, consider whether the equipment is suitable for its own raw material production, because most of them are granular material conveying equipment, to avoid buying unsuitable equipment. At the same time, it is also necessary to consider the use of auxiliary equipment such as material mixing, masterbatch adding, and raw material drying.


  • Long-term planning is necessary and consider whether the purchased equipment meets the development plan and production needs in recent years to avoid changes in production mode and unused equipment, which will waste resources and increase equipment costs.
